Refund policy

We hope that you love your items but should you wish to return an item then we have made the process easy for you. Please email info@dotandblush.co.uk to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item and we will email you the return address to post items to. Products should then be posted for return within 5 working days of requesting your return. This is at your own cost and we recommend using a recorded, insured delivery service of your choice and retaining tracking information. 

Your items must be posted to us within 5 days of requesting your return, in original packaging where possible. Items which are damaged, used, not in a re-sellable condition or have not been packaged well may not be refunded. Please repack your items with care, well enough for transit, using all the original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

If an item is damaged or lost in transit we shall contact you and unfortunately will not be able to refund the item. 

Returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods, so please bear with us. We shall refund any money owed to you via the same method you used for payment excluding delivery. 

Please note some of our products are handmade therefore the following considerations should be made when considering a return request.

Variations In Texture, Colour & Finish - Some of our ranges are handmade or carved using many different materials, so some variation may be apparent in the finish.  We do our best to accurately represent the texture, colour and finish of our products on our website, however, online images should be considered as indicative rather than definitive.

Hairline Cracks  - Many of our products are manufactured using natural materials. Hairline cracks may occasionally appear naturally on the joins of sections of timber on certain items. This is caused by natural movement, is unavoidable and is not a defect.

Made to order items such as Salty Herringbone table and bench and personalised items such as Initial Hoops are not eligible for returns unfortunately. 

Garden Furniture items are dispatched and shipped by our reputable third party supplier due to the size and nature of the items. Returns of unwanted goods are unfortunately not accepted so please ensure that measurements and specifications are thoroughly checked before placing your order. 

For damaged or incorrectly supplied products: Please ensure you check all products against your order within 5 days of delivery being completed, otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any faulty or incorrect items. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error via email to us within 5 days of delivery. Once your email is received, we will contact you to discuss your options and should a return be required we will supply you with a return postage label via email. We will require a clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in and any damaged or incorrect items. Please note that we will not accept the return of the damaged or incorrectly supplied product where you fail to notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. 

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
