Shipping policy

Standard Delivery 

£5.95 for Mainland UK & £8.99 for Northern Ireland 

FREE delivery with every order over £75 for Mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland. Furniture items qualify for FREE delivery to the Mainland UK only. 

Please allow 1-3 working days for Mainland UK. Please allow 3-5 working days for Northern Ireland, & 3-7 working days for Republic of Ireland. 

The customer may incur further delivery charges depending on size and weight of your order and location but you will be contacted before dispatch if this is the case.

We are a Mainland UK based company, when buying from another country, you may be charged additional fees depending on the import taxes and/or customs duties of your home country. You may need to pay the charges once you receive your order. 

As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, we will dispatch all items together once your complete order is in stock to avoid multiple deliveries. This includes pre-order items.

All of our items are sent out via tracked DPD or Parcelforce depending on the size and weight of the parcel being sent. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided once your item has been dispatched and any tracking information will be included there too.

Both DPD & Parcelforce offer a 1 hour delivery time slot and delivery preferences which can be managed via your courier email.
